Le Gavroche
philosophy
With a fiery passion
for wine and 30 years of operation, we have been able to develop a cellar
we’ve become very proud of.
Because our cuisine
relies on the French tradition, and looks to the West Coast for its best
ingredients, we naturally have an extensive selection of French wine, as well
as Californian and the Pacific Northwest.
Although our rare
collection of older vintages and expensive labels are deep, we are committed to
pursuing limited and exclusive wines that we feel offer extraordinary value at
a reasonable cost.
It’s very easy
to be disappointed with a $200.00 wine that tastes like $50.00. But to find a
$50.00 wine that tastes like $200.00
